ANNUAL CHRISTMAS & HOLIDAY FAIR
The Annual Christmas & Holiday Fair will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Longplex Family & Sports Center, 300 Industrial Way, Tiverton, RI (Rte. 24 to Fish Rd. exit)
The fee for this one day event is $100 for an 8'x10' space and $125 for a 10'x10' space. Check Payable to the Southcoast Event Management, Inc. Credit Cards are also accepted with an additional 4% processing fee on the total invoice amount (e.g. $100 = $4 fee).
We accept vendors selling both handcrafted and manufactured merchandise.
You must provide your own table and chairs.
Electricity is available on a limited basis and you must provide your own extension cord. Due to
the usual number of electric hookup requests, we are unable to provide access for everyone, but we will do our best to accommodate as many participant as possible. Electricity will
be assigned as registration requests are received, so get yours in early.
All exhibit spaces are to be determined on the first come, first serve basis.
TENTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITH FIRE RETARDANT CERTIFICATE. Tent size must fit in the space size rented.
Due to public health codes, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
Set-up will be from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Sunday 12/15/2024.
Vehicles are allowed to park in the drop-off area by the large overhead door ONLY TO LOAD
AND UNLOAD, NO EXCEPTIONS, THIS IS A FIRE LANE.
The show will be open to the public from 10:00 AM through 4 PM Sunday 12/15/2024.
Longplex and Southcoast Event Management, Inc. are not responsible for any theft, damage or
injury during setup, breakdown or during the the show hours.
It is the sole responsibility of all vendor to collect the state sales tax.
All vendors must exit the building by 5:30 PM on Sunday, 12/15/2024.
Please help us advertise your show by posting, tagging and sharing all social media information on this event and putting the posters around your town.
NOTICE: Do not communicate, sign up, or submit payments to any solicitors other than Southcoast Event Management, Inc., Somerset, MA, and/or Longplex Family & Sports Center, Tiverton, RI. - Unfortunately there are scammers out there pretending to be show producers.
